This Privacy Policy explains how Hybrid Infinity Tech Sdn. Bhd. ("we", "us") collects, uses, stores and protects information when users access HiBell Connect, a business messaging platform hosted at whatsapp.rentsmartprop.com.my.
1. Information We May Process
- Account and company information, including name, username, company and role.
- Business contact information such as names, phone numbers, email addresses and company information.
- WhatsApp Business message content, metadata, delivery status and related media required to provide messaging and inbox functions.
- Billing, wallet, usage and transaction records.
- Google OAuth information and tokens when a user connects Gmail for email sending.
- Operational information such as IP address, browser details, timestamps and security logs.
2. How We Use Information
- Provide and maintain HiBell Connect.
- Send WhatsApp messages and business emails requested by authorized users.
- Display customer conversations, message history and delivery status.
- Manage templates, connected accounts, users, billing and platform settings.
- Protect the platform against misuse, fraud and unauthorized access.
- Provide support and troubleshooting.
3. Google User Data
HiBell Connect may allow an authorized user to connect a Google account so the platform can send email through the Gmail API. The integration is intended to request only the permission needed for this user-facing email-sending function.
- HiBell Connect may receive OAuth access and refresh tokens required to maintain the connection.
- Authorized Gmail access is used to send email messages initiated by the user through HiBell Connect.
- Google user data is not sold and is not used for advertising.
- Google user data is not transferred to third parties except as necessary to provide the requested service, comply with law, protect security, or with explicit user authorization.
HiBell Connect's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
4. WhatsApp and Meta Data
HiBell Connect integrates with Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform. Such data is processed only as needed to provide messaging, inbox, template and delivery-status functions requested by users.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared only when reasonably necessary with service providers, connected services such as Google or Meta/WhatsApp, payment providers, or authorities where required by law.
6. Data Retention
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security, meet legal or accounting requirements and resolve disputes.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect account information, connected-service credentials, messages and business data. No internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security.
8. User Choices and Deletion Requests
Users may disconnect connected services where supported and may request access, correction or deletion of information, subject to legal and record-keeping requirements.
