These Terms govern use of HiBell Connect, provided by Hybrid Infinity Tech Sdn. Bhd.. By accessing or using the service, the user agrees to these Terms.
1. Service Description
HiBell Connect is a business messaging and communications platform that may include WhatsApp Business messaging, inbox and reply functions, template management, business contact search, email catalogue sending, billing, wallet and reporting features.
2. Account Responsibility
- Users must provide accurate information.
- Users are responsible for protecting their credentials.
- Users are responsible for activity performed through their account.
3. Acceptable Use
- No unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive or malicious communications.
- No unsolicited marketing where consent or another lawful basis is required.
- No violation of Meta, WhatsApp, Google, Gmail or other connected-service policies.
- No attempts to interfere with platform security or gain unauthorized access.
4. Messaging Consent and Compliance
Users are responsible for obtaining required recipient consent and complying with applicable laws and platform requirements for opt-in, opt-out, content and targeting.
5. Third-Party Services
HiBell Connect may integrate with Meta/WhatsApp, Google/Gmail, payment providers, mapping/business-search providers and hosting services. Those services are subject to their own terms, quotas, pricing and technical limitations.
6. Google and Gmail Integration
When a user connects Google/Gmail, HiBell Connect uses the authorization granted only for the enabled user-facing functionality. Users may revoke Google access through their Google account or disconnect the integration where supported.
7. WhatsApp Templates and Delivery
Templates are subject to Meta review and approval. Meta may reject, pause, reclassify or restrict templates or message delivery. HiBell Connect does not guarantee delivery of every message.
8. Fees, Credits and Billing
Certain features may be billable. HiBell rates, wallet balances, refunds and top-ups are shown within the platform where applicable. Third-party provider charges may be governed by separate terms.
9. Intellectual Property
HiBell Connect software, design and branding remain the property of Hybrid Infinity Tech Sdn. Bhd. or its licensors. Users remain responsible for content and data they upload or send.
10. Service Availability
We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, third-party outages, API limits and security events may affect availability.
11. Suspension or Termination
We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these Terms, respond to non-payment or prevent abuse or security risks.
12. Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, HiBell Connect is provided on an "as available" basis. We are not responsible for losses caused solely by third-party platforms or events outside our reasonable control.
13. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in the HiBell Connect Privacy Policy.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the service or applicable requirements change.
